Nowadays, he works for the organization "Inside Circle" which was founded in New Folsom Prison in Sacramento 1996, after a deadly racial rioting. Members of Inside circle, among other things, works as facilitators in men's work inside the prison walls. Sometimes with people from the outside participating. By working the program and rehabilitation of Inside Circle, Eldra was able to be released from prison.
